Setup New Support Console Login

Describes steps required to setup a new Support Console login, this is helpful when user from the support team wants to login to the Support Console module.

Create User (Lease-company)​

  • Create V-Customer user under any lease company
  • Send the email id used to create the user to the dev team

Create master-user​

  • go to users collection in firestore collection
  • add filter with contact.email field, add your newly created user’s email
  • in the user's document change the defaultPage to /support-console/in-life
  • change the role to support
